No telephone request will be accepted. PRON AX5Q0162; NSN 6685-01-475-2725; Part Number 23034927; Quantity Min 50 / Max 250, 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity. This is applicable to the OH-58D Engine Unit (T-703-AD-70 0). FOB origin with delivery to XU Transportation Officer, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery is 50 each 160 days after contract award. This requirement is restricted to: Rolls-Ro yce Corp, Cage Code: 63005 and Aviall Services Inc (the distributor for Rolls-Royce Corp) Cage Code: 22819 because this part is a commercial/non-developmental/off-the-shelf item. Other prospective sources must qualify through the FAA under the Part Manufa cturer Approval (PMA). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek sourc e approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request (CAPSAR) and Policy related to source approved request (SAR) for Aviat ion Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. See Note 23.
