Description: The Government intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed price contract for annual maintenance of Government owned Philips Ultrasound Equipment and associated components. The service will cover two (2) annual preventive maintenance services and on-si te 24 hour on-call service to include parts and labor warranty maintenance. This will be an multi-year (base + 4 Option years)contract. As a minimum, offerors must show a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate com pliance with the requirements of the solicitaiton. This may include product literature, certifications and licenses for personnel qualified to service the equipment. Offerors shall be an authorized distributor for Philips repair parts. It is anticipated th e solicitation will be available on or about April 19, 2005 at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Central Contractor Registrations is mandatory; you may register at www.ccr.gov.
