Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Request for Quotation for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to perform asphalt paving of trails at the Environmental Education Center within the boundaries of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Summit County, Ohio. The work consists of asphalt paving overlay of 3" of 404 asphalt on trails with an average width of 54" totaling approximately 1,435 square yards. The NAICS code is 237310. The small business size standard is $28.5 million. The estimated price range of this project is less than $30,000. Project performance time will be 15 days after issuance of the notice to proceed. This project is being solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656. Accordingly, it is open to both small and large businesses.
