Description

SIC 5169 100The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) has a requirement for Epoxy Resin. This is a Sole-Source procurement to Resolution Performance Products, Houston, TX per FAR 6.302. The unrestricted solicitation will be issued using procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition. Required delivery date is 22 July 2005. FOB is Bremerton, WA 98314. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available approximately 28 April 2005 with offers due on or about 05 May 2005. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors wishing to submit an offer, are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website (WinZIP is required) and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to mary.beauchamp@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. No bidders? list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ and/or amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of quotes may render your quote non-responsive and result in the rejection of same.
