Description

USDA requires additional KVM and DSR Server Interface Modules to be added to existing Avocent switches of the same model in the USDA St. Louis Development Web Farm. For compatibility reasons, the model must be the same. The cost of replacing all existing equipment with another brand is not advantageous to the government. The specific requirement is as follows: Avocent 16-Port KVM Over IP Switch 2U Digital / 1U Local (IM SKU #F34310, DSR2020-001), Qty 4 each. DSR Server Interface Module for VGA PS2 Keyboard, PS2 Mouse (IM SKU #044646, DSRIQ-PS2), Qty 64 each. Vendors shall indicate if items are available under an existing Governmentwide contract (such as GSA Schedule) or on Open Market. Specify unit and extended pricing, and delivery time after award. Products will be shipped FOB destination to St. Louis, MO. Award will be made based upon a determination of the offer that provides best value to the Government, including price, terms of delivery, and past performance. There will be no formal scoring or ranking of quotes received. ONLY THOSE PROPOSED OFFERS THAT MEET OR EXCEED THE GOVERNMENT?S REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED. OFFERORS ARE NOT TO SUBMIT SALES, MARKETING, OR OTHER CORPORATE LITERATURE THAT DOES NOT SPECIFICALLY ADDRESS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS RFQ.
