- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single or multiple award for the provision of three (3) Dental Assistants for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Complex, located in Florence, Colorado. The services will be performed on individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment. The contract(s) type is an indefinate delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract(s) shall consist of a base period, plus four 12 month option years for each Dental Assistant. The solicitation will be available on or about April 26, 2005 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about May 27, 2005. The solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
