- THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR 8(a) CERTIFIED SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS (SEDB) CONCERNS. AN ELIGIBLE SEDB CONCERN IS A SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN EXPRESSLY CERTIFIED BY THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (SBA) FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SBA'S 8(a) PROGRAM AND WHICH MEETS SUCH CRITERIA AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF THE OFFER. The work shall include, but not limited to, Furnish all necessary labor, materials and equipment to replace the Boilers at the Atlanta ARTCC. Work includes miscellaneous demolition, removal of asbestos contaminated material, removal and replacement of three (70 HP) boilers, installation of three new hot water pumps, install of two new expansion tanks and air separation tanks, relocation of existing gas lines and also exhaust flu piping. The magnitude of the constructions is estimated between $325,000 and $450,000.
