- The purchase of 1 each Hot Air Leveling System - Complete system with conveyorized preclean and dry, fluxer and hot air leveler (must handle minimum panel size of 24? x 20?). Factory refurbished machines are acceptable. Price should include FOB Destination to Robins AFB, GA 31098, machine set-up, and onsite training. Details as follows: 1.) Preclean and Dry - Conveyorized spray cleaning machine consisting of three sections (Spray chemical clean with heated sump; Spray water rinse; Turbo air dryer; 20? wide panel capacity); 2.) Fluxer/Triple Applicator - For application of flux with three sets of rollers prior to HASL (20? wide panel capacity); 3.) Hot Air Solder Leveler - For solder coating of PCB?s, 24? x 30? standard capacity; 4.) Cool Down - Stainless Steel Mesh Belt w/Dimples - 24?w x 48?L, To be mounted on customer table for cool down of panels coming out of HASL machine prior to post clean to remove flux. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items; DFARS 252.211-7003 Item Identifications & Valuation; DFARS 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price factors. IAW FAR 52.212-3, Reps/Certs should be completed on-line at www.bpn.gov. The anticipated award date will be by 30 April 2005.
