- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Part 12 and 13). THIS IS A BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for one (1) ea Data Aire Series Model DAAD-1032 Air Cooled Computer Room Air Conditioner, configured for downflow air distribution. Unit Capacity: At 72 degrees dB, 60 Degrees WB and 95 degrees F ambient. Total: 120,600 BTUH Sensible: 115,800 BTUH. Indoor unit Model, DAAD-1032 Cabinet size: 62.0?L X 34.5D X 72.0?H; Voltage: 208 Volts, 60 Hz, 3 Phase; Weight: 1090 Pounds; Color: IBM Cloud White. Standard Features: Compact Heliarc Welded Tubular Steel Framed Cabinet with 1? thick 1-1/2 pound density insulation for protection and sound attenuation Down flow air discharge: Large faced area, dual circuit, A-Frame draw through evaporator coil with an interwoven surface that increases unit efficiencies as low load conditions. Dual high efficiency scroll compressors with built in overload protection and crankcase heater. The refrigeration circuit includes built in filter dryer, sight glass, adjustable expansion valve with external equalizer, low pressure override timer, manual reset high pressure control and anti short cycle timer. Stainless steel condensate pan 1 each underfloor water detector with 5 HP belt drive fan motor with variable pitch sheave and internal overload protection. The blower is a forward curved, double width, double inlet centrigual unit providing 5,500-CFM SP of 0.5 and ESP 1.2? Finned low temperature electric reheat tubular sheathed coils constructed of stainless steel, with three stages, 51,225 BTUH, 15 KW adustable capacity self contained electrode steam generator humidifier 10-30#/HR 10K W with quick change disposable cylinders and auto flush cycle. Firestat with unit shutdown: data alarm processor II (Microprocessor based), advanced environmental control system, 80 character backlit LCD display (English messages for alarm and function display) This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.
