Description

This is a synopsis for commercial service. This announcement constitutues the synopsis only. A written solicitation will be posted electronically on www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 20 April 2004. This procurement is a 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The solicitation document, which will be available on this website, will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The NAICS code for this project is 561730 with a size standard of $6.0 million dollars. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to perform landacaping service at McChord AFB, WA. The period of performance is 45 days, (with an exclusionary period from 11-26 June inclusive). All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registraion (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004. CCR must be obtained before award can be made. A site visit will be scheduled on or about 27 April 2005 at 10:00 AM. Contractors interested in attending the site visit will need to contact Larry Bucklin (253) 982-9027 no later than two days before the date of the site visit. Once contractors have received the full solicitation package, submit written offers by mail to 62 CONS/LGCB, ATTN: LARRY BUCKLIN, 100 MAIN ST., SUITE 2001, McCHORD AFB, WA 98438. The tentative due date for receipt of proposals is 4PM PST on 5 May 2005.
