Description

The US Army Research Laboratory intends to extend the period of performance for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) number DAAD17-02-A-0003 with MEMS Exchange, Corporation for National Research Initiatives, Reston VA, for an additional three (3) years, from 10 June 2005 to 10 June 2008, with no change in the ceiling amount of $500,000 on the master BPA or the per-call limit of $250,000. The MEMS Exchange was established by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) as a way of facilitating ac cess to MEMS microfabrication and research resources and to identify qualified sources for limited runs of specialty items. The MEMS Exchange coordinates a network of fabrication centers that lets users draft process sequences which are performed across boundaries separating the individual facilities. The BPA provides for the acquisition of research, development and fabrication services for Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) and the period of performance is from 11 June 2002 to 10 June 2005, a perio d of 3 years. Interested parties are requested to respond within 15 days.
