DESCRIPTION: SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE ONLY. The work involves stabilization of concrete from within the lock chamber at Lower Monumental Dam. Specifically, contract work on monolith 15 includes concrete removal, concrete coring, and anchoring. Also, the contractor will have additional coring loc ated on various monoliths inside of the lock. The contractor will be required to work during available 12 hour a day outages 6 days a week starting July 5th and ending July 30th. ADMIN INFO: The estimated cost range for this job is between $250,000 and $500,000. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 1629 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990. The small business size standard is average annual receipts for the previous three fiscal years must not exc eed $28,500,000.00. All responsible business sources may submit an offer, which may be considered. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
