Description

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is seeking to obtain services of a contractor to process the 2005 State and Local Government EEO-4 Survey. The EEO-4 survey is a compliance survey required by Federal law and regulation. The survey is conducted every two years in the odd-numbered years. The contractor will be required to perform the following: prepare Mail File and Mailout Reports, print address information and codes on preprinted forms and address labels, packaging envelopes, mail surveys, prepare mailout report, develop web-site on-line filing, keying, editing, coding and data entry verification of all data from EEO-4 survey and develop statistical files from data collected. A firm- fixed-price contract is contemplated. This is an unrestricted procurement requirement. Duration of the contract is estimated as a one year contract. EEOC anticipates issuing a solicitation in May 2005. The closing date for the solicitation will be thirty (30) calendar days after the issue date. The anticipated award date is July 2005. Award will be made on best value. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by EEOC. The solicitation will be made available to interested parties through FedBizOpps. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps website to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
