Description
GSA MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE (MAS) SOLICITATION. The General Products Acquisition Center, Fort Worth, TX, is issuing a solicitation refresh Number 5 effective 4/19/05 electronically only. Please note D&B Open Ratings Report now required to be provided. Interested parties may access the solicitation at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation files. Search using Solicitation Number 7FCI-F8-03-0056-B (include the dashes). The Schedule/Solicitation is titled Schedule 056, Buildings and Building Materials/Industrial Services and Supplies and consolidates the following product/services attachments into one Core Business Line (CBL): 39 II A, Warehouse Equipment and Supplies; 46 I A, Air & Water Purification and Sewer Treatment Equipment; 49 I, Maintenance & Repair Shop Equipment; 54 II B, Pre-Engineered/Prefabricated Buildings and Structures; 54 III, Above Ground Storage Tanks; 56 IV A, Building Materials; 61 V, Power Distribution Equipment; Generators, & Batteries; 62 II, Solar Energy Systems & Lighting Products. The basic solicitation has 14 attachments. Attachments 1-8 are product/services attachments (shown above). Attachment 9 contains full text of clauses incorporated by reference ? this attachment should not be returned. Attachment 11 addresses Installation and Site Preparation services; Attachment 12 addresses terms and conditions applicable to Leasing and Rental services; Attachment 13 addresses requirements for small business subcontracting plan; Attachment 14 contains information, to be used after contract award, for modifications to add items or to request EPAs; Attachment 14 contains information for modifications to add overseas delivery to existing contracts; Attachment 16 is used to exercise the option to extend the term of a current contract. Offers must complete and return the basic solicitation and all attachments applicable to the product/services, which they intend to offer. This is a standing solicitation with no closing date for receipt of offers. This solicitation will remain in effect until it is replaced by a refreshed solicitation. The Federal Supply Schedule period is continuous, and will contain contracts with periods that commence on the date of award (DOA) and expire five years (exclusive of any options) from the DOA unless further extended pursuant to any option to extend the term of the contract, or cancelled sooner. This solicitation contains an option clause, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (Evergreen), which allows the Government to extend the contract three additional five-year periods, not to exceed a total of twenty years. All contracts will be indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts with a $2500 guaranteed minimum for the contract period. All contracts to be awarded include Industrial Funding provisions. The Trade Agreements clause applies to this solicitation. Small Business Set-Aside provisions will be addressed in the individual product/services attachments to the solicitation.
