Description

Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the removal and replacement of black iron piping serving PAC units with new copper piping and removal of several PAC units. Work is to include installation of temporary piping to maintain cooling, removal of hot water piping, extension of hot water piping risers from the mechanical rooms below and connection to existing air-handling units. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, (NIMA), EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 120 calendar days. The contractor shall be required to perform a certain amount of work on premium time to eliminate disruption of Government services. The approximate cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code for this project is 238220, size standard $12.0M. The work is located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63118. This project is 100 percent set-aside for small business.
