- Solicitation number SP0406-05-Q-T587, YPG05076000902, NSN 6850-00-181-7594, Cleaning Compound, Engine Gas Path. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item. Solicitation is full and open competition after exclusion of sources and will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for 5,100 CN with a 100% option. This is a critical application item; QPL applies. FOB Destination with Inspection & Acceptance Origin. QAP 010 applies. Requested delivery is 45 DARO for stock lines to AQ5, Tracy, CA and SRG, Richmond, VA. MSDS and Hazard Warning Label are required. Specification available. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A combined synopsis/solicitation will be issued on 21 April 2005, with a closing date of 20 May 2005.
