Description

Provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the rehabilitation of a 28 foot wide by 94 foot long, single story existing concrete block building at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Cape Matatula, Pago Pago, American Samoa. The construction shall include complete renovation of the building?s interior and exterior, including a new roof and associated site work. The entire work shall be completed ready for use not later than 210 calendar days after the contractor receives Notice to Proceed. A bid guarantee in the amount of 20% of the bid price, and performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the bid price are required. The estimated price range of this procurement is between $500,000.00 and $1,000.000.00. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns (NAICS Code 236220, Size Standard 28.5 Million). Contractors who have previously expressed interest in solicitation number RA1330-04-RB-0030 need not to respond, your company is already on the bidders list.
