Description

Provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the rehabilitation of the existing concrete block building at the National Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Table Mountain Field Site, Boulder, CO. The work site is located at the NOAA I-10-C Observatory Building approximately one and one half miles from Boulder on State Highway 7 and Plateau. The elevation at this site is approximately 5,564 feet above sea level. Work shall include the rehabilitation of both the interior and exterior of a 32 foot wide x 82 foot long single story existing concrete block building, including associated site work. The entire work shall be completed ready for use not later than 210 calendar days after the contractor receives Notice to Proceed. A bid guarantee in the amount of 20% of the bid price, and performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the bid price are required. The estimated price range of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000.00. Requests may be faxed to 303-497-3163, and must reference the solicitation number RA1330-05-RB-1035. Contractors who have previously expressed interest in solicitation number RA1330-04-RB-0029 need not to respond, your company is already on the bidders list.
