Description

Request for Proposal for the operation of the Outreach/Admissions and Career Transition Services program for the states of Colorado and Wyoming will be available approximately May 5, 2005 on the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website: http://www.eps.gov. The Government Authorized Representative for this contract is currently Mr. John Perron. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost plus fixed fee for the OA portion and cost plus incentive fee for the CTS portion. This contract will have a 2 year base period of December 1, 2005 through November 30, 2007 plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The contract will be responsible for 1300 arrivals and 750 graduates. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2005 at a site to be determined by posting of the RFP. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 1:00 pm local time Tuesday, June 21, 2005 to the Dallas Regional Office. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
