Description

Provide ten (10) single rooms in support of Project Red Cliff (05-08-ENG 3) at the Red Cliff Indian Reservation in Bayfield, WI 54814 from 13 May to 23 June 2005. This facility shall have access to a laundry room and the internet. Each room must be equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. Tax Exempt No is 580-622-122. Lodging facility must be within 5 miles of the event held at Pike Rd, Hwy 13, Bayfield, WI. Hotel may invoice on a weekly basis. (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
