- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is F1M2M65054A100 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 336391 with a 750 employee size standard. Any item listed by Brand Name may be substituted for an equal product. If the offeror substitutes items, then the offeror must submit specifications, literature, catalogue cuts, or brochures. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through e-mail or mail. Regardless of the method of delivery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of the quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation for line item 0001- Provide and install 13,500 BTU air conditioning into four (4) Metro Van units: Contractor is to cut hole in roof and brace opening to install (13500 BTU) roof air conditioners. Lower driver sidewalls are to be cut from installation of compartments doors for generators. Mounting brackets are to be fabricated for installation of (Onan) 4KW generator. 110 volt wirng and breakers are to be installed. Delivery/Perfomance: The work is to be completed within 14 days after receipt of award. This order consists of at total of four (4) vehicles. Two (2) vehicles will be operational at all times.
