- (v) The following is a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, CLIN 0001 Range Road Barrier Arm 1 lot; CLIN 0002 Fuse Range Video Surveillance 1 lot; CLIN 0003 Digital Video Recording with Audio 1 lot; CLIN 0004 Video Control and Distribution Systems 1 lot; and CLIN 0005 Surveillance Camera on Range Access Road 1 lot. (vi) Description of requirements: The contractor shall provide and install all new equipment and low voltage cable, unless otherwise noted, as described in accordance with manufacturer specifications. All equipment shall be installed in a workmanlike manner for all requirements stated below. ARL will provide 110VAC power and any conduit, wiremold, or other raceway unless otherwise noted. ARL will also provide telephone connections, network drops, IP address assignments, and additional network softwa re licensing, if necessary. Fire Alarm output, if required, will be provided by ARL. The location of the output will be coordinated with the contractor. The contractor shall locate, remove existing, and replace with new buried cabling and wiring on an a s needed basis in the performance of these requirements. The contractor must be able to pass and clear Post Security checks currently in place for access to the Installation. All contractor/subcontractor personnel performing under this contract working at ARL shall be required to be United States citizens. All contractor/subcontractor personnel performing under this contract must have a favorably completed/adjudicated (cleared) National Agency Check (NAC) investigation prior to working on this requiremen t. CLIN 0001 Provide and Install Hy-Security Barrier Arm (20 ) with Hydraulic Operator; Barrier army to include telephone entry and remote control openers (20); telephone line and power to be provided and installed by others; CLIN 0002 Provide and insta ll three (3) Pan, Tilt, Zoom cameras with fiber optic transmitter/receiver sets; CLIN 0003 Provide and Install one sixteen channel digital video recorder with audio capability and 250GB internal hard drive; Provide and install four (4) outdoor speaker/mic rophones; Provide and install two (2) base stations for audio broadcast, monitor, and record system; CLIN 0004 Provide and install a digital video distibution system to allow for display and control of all cameras provided and installed at ranges 12, 12A, and the Fuze Range; provide and install four (4) 9 rack mounted monitor and one (1) 19 wall mounted monitor; CLIN 0005 Provide and install one Pan, Tilt, Zoom camera positioned to monitor the access road to the ranges; provide and install three (3) fixe d position, tripod mounted cameras; provide and install wiring to allow fixed position cameras to be monitored and recorded; provide and install 4 rack mounted 9 monitors and 1 wall mounted 19 monitor. (vii) Performance is required to start within 7-10 days from time of award notification. Performance shall be completed within 4 to 6 weeks from date of start. Acceptance shall be performed at each range location. The FOB point is Destination. (xv) The following notes apply to this announcement: Note 13 & 22 is applicable.
