Description

The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Minneapolis, MN Office, intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis a contract with the Metropolitan Council to furnish transit subsidy metropasses for distribution to HUD Minneapolis Field Office employees. HUD intends to award a one year firm fixed price contract with options to extend for an additional four years. Metropolitan Council is the only responsible source known that has satisfied HUD's requirements within the Minneapolis MN Metropolitan area. Interested persons seeking to challenge the sole-source justification must present clear and convincing written evidence of their capability including pricing within 15 days after date of publication. Electronic and facsimile submissions will not be considered. Note: Subject to the availability of funds. See Numbered Note: 22.
