- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Request for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ N00167-05-Q-5039 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27 as well as DCN 20041215. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423690. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is as follows: CLIN: 0001 ? 213EA ? 1000FT BELDEN CABLE 8404 PACKAGED IN "UnReel" BOX. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination and 30 days ARO. Final inspection will be at NSWC, Carderock MD. Selection for award will be based on the ! lowest priced offer - technically acceptable. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
