Description
The purpose of this synopsis is to conduct a market search for 8(a) Program small disadvantaged businesses with demonstrated experience in providing under one contract a broad range of facilities management services, including facility operation, maintenance, and repair support, janitorial services, landscaping and grounds maintenance and pest control, and security guard services. All such 8(a) business are invited to submit capability statements outlining their technical and managerial capability and personnel qualifications for the following proposed procurement. To be considered a small business, this procurement will utilize NAICS code 561210 "Facilities Support Services" with a size standard of $30 million. The information submitted will be evaluated and used to determine whether or not this procurement may be set aside under the 8(a) Program. Otherwise, this procurement will be processed as a total small business set-aside. The US Environmental Protection Agency, 109 T.W. Alexander Drive, Research Triangle Park NC intends to award a contract on behalf of it's 960 College Station Road, Athens, GA facility for on-site facilities management services to include facility operation, maintenance, and repair support; custodial/janitorial services; landscaping and grounds maintenance; and security guard services. Performance is in Athens, Georgia. The contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, supervision, equipment and supplies to perform this requirement. Provide your experience and capability to perform these requirements. Also please provide contract references for contracts where your firm has performed most, if not all, of the services EPA has included in this requirement.
