Description

The Defense Commissary Agency is requesting delivery of various Fiberglass Mass Display Merchandisers and a Molded Fiberglass Banana Table to commissaries located at Hill AFB UT and at USCG Integrated Support Command, Kodiak, AK (deliver to Super Valu Northwest Region, Tacoma WA). The RFQ will be released on or about 21 April 2005. This RFQ will be issued on a simplified acquisition, small business set-aside basis. Only written requests for a copy will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this RFQ.
