Description

The work consists of maintaining and preserving the lighthouse building at Yaquina Head. Project price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS: 238190. Project site is located in Lincoln County, Salem District, Oregon. Estimated start work is July 5, 2005 and performance time is 190 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is May 9, 2005. A pre-bid tour will be scheduled at a later date.
