Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Photo Etch, 5600 Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth, TX 76131 for the following items: 7 each Simulated F-16C Aircraft Manual Trim Control Panels, Night Vision Compatible for Det 1, ACC Training Support Squadron, 7355 N. Fighter Country Avenue, Luke AFB AZ 85309. Due to compatibility with existing equipment, this contractor's equipment is the only known item that will satisfy the Government's need. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for Other than Full and Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
