Description

Z--RFP 101815R429, full and open competition, best value award (experience and past performance) for replacement of the electrical distribution system at James Campbell NWR on Kahuku, Hawaii, in Oahu County. Davis Bacon Wages will apply. Cost estimate for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated Contract Time is 120 calendar days. Work includes supply and installation of approximately 2700 lineal feet of new 480/277V, 3-phase, 4-wire underground feeder; new site electrical service equipment; new pump station electrical distribution equipment; and related electrical work. Plans and specifications will not be available until April 30, 2005. The RFP will be electronically issued with electronic plans and specs. The only way to obtain the package is electronically thru the National Business Center website at: http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp after April 30, 2005.
