- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitiation is anticpated as a sole source award. Due to the fact that the requirement, is an upgrade to an existing system. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is M6700105Q0050. Documentation number M93177-05-SU-00095. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 999990, FSC is 7021. Line Item 001: Please view attachment. Quotes other than FOB Destination will be rejected. Commercial Items, DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, DFARS 252.225-7000 Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate, and DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. OFFEROR SHALL PROVIDE COMPLETED COPIES OF FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.225-7000 WITH THEIR QUOTE. The Offeror is required to provide their Contractors DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and add! ress provided by the Contractor. DFAR 252.204-7004 (mar 1998) Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR).
