Description

Contractor will provide labor, materials and equipment to de-install the Phillips Central Station currently located in Cardiac Rehabilitation and reinstall it at the CCU/Telemetry nurses station. De-Install 3 West Philips central station and reinstall it at the nurses station in CCU/Telemetry. Upgrade the systems. Design, provide and install a telemetry antenna system to provide patient telemetry coverage in 2 East, 2 West, and the corridor of zone B in Building 14 compatible with the rest of the existing Philips telemetry system. Provide and install 1 Emergin Wireless Office Suite or equivalent to completely interface the existing Ascom Phones to the existing Philips Monitoring System. The system must be able to exchange information in real time with Philips Database Server and Information Centers. The system must be configured to respond to user control and display telemetry information as a PllC to eliminate human-to-device interface errors. The system must not produce interference with existing telemetry equipment. The system must share priority to cue telemetry and bedside alarms and must share priority to interface with Emergin gateways. Contractor is required to comply with all applicable safety regulations per CFR 29 OSHA 1926. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial procurement in accordance with Far Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial items and in a accordance with Far Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation.
