Description

REPLACE SANITARY SEWER PUMP STATION at Mc CONNELL AFB, KANSAS. An existing basement, wet well and sanitary lines are in place. The work to be performed consists of completing the sanitary sewer pump station project. The remaining scope requires cons truction of the masonry structure, standing seam metal roof, pumps, pump controls, mechanical/electrical system, interior finishes and site work. The Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,00 and $5,000,000. The Request for Proposal will be a Techn ically Acceptable Low Price. The Request For Proposal (RFP) Solicitation will be accessible through the web site provided below. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Companies that have not had and cannot verify experience in or with the following need not apply. Project having three or more pumps Capacity between 500 gpm and 3200 gpm Project with at least one gas detector Project with at least one level sensor Project with at least one flow meter Project with at least 15 analog or discrete input / output points. The solicitation will be available on the Kansas City District web page only. Hard copies or CD-ROMs will not be issued. There is a new Federal Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE) initiative called Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). According to the language in FAR case 2002-024, vendors are required to use ORCA beginning 1 January 2005.
