Description

The Bureau of Engraving is seeking vendors to provide Sixty (60) Cable Bundled Numbering Blocks to Ring Electronic for COPE-PAK 212 Machines composed of 8 cables, Zeiser Part #HEA8000059501, Repair part for Numerota 212 Global #333650-1 OELPS Cable Assembly. No substitutions will be accepted. All qualified vendors may submit an offer which will be considered. This is a combined solicitation. No RFQ will be issued. All inquiries in reference to RFQ-05-0484 must be submitted in writing and must be sent via fax, e-mail or mail. No phone calls will be entertained or accepted. All responses are to be sent to the attention of Loni Spring at the Ft. Worth Facility, by COB May 9, 2005. I n order to evaluate quotation properly, please submit with your offer, any correspondence, e.g., drawings so that we can ensure you are offering what is requested. 2004. Any correspondence sent to the Washington DC Facility will not be considered. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR 12 and 13 shall be used.
