Description

The Bureau of Engraving is seeking vendors to provide one hundred forty (140) Letter Wheel, Prefix, 13 Division, A thru L with Letter ?Z? 13th Division for numbering units. Position NR. 12 Zeiser Article NR. ADC 26, Repair Part for New Style Currency Numbering Box Model K-10, 11 digit, AAQ09155/56. Cope Pak Supernumerota 212. No substitutions will be accepted. All qualified vendors may submit an offer which will be considered. This is a combined solicitation. No RFQ will be issued. All inquiries in reference to RFQ-05-0482 must be submitted in writing and must be sent via fax, e-mail or mail. No phone request for quotations (RFQs) will be entertained or accepted. All request and responses are to be sent to the attention of Loni Spring at the Ft. Worth Facility, by COB May 9, 2005. I n order to evaluate quotation properly, please submit with your offer, any correspondence, e.g., drawings so that we can ensure you are offering what is requested. 2004. Any correspondence sent to the Washington DC Facility will not be considered. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR 12 and 13 shall be used.
