Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a purchase order for commercial items to MERGENT, Inc. The order will provide Subscription Service (CD-Rom) & Online Global Database-Enterprise License (10 Concurrent User), Manuals on CD-Rom updated ? 4 times per year, Domestic and International Excel Spreadsheet (CompNumber, Legal Name, NAICS, Description, Index Order and Country Name updated 4 times per year) for one year. Contractors who can provide the required service at prices, terms and conditions to those which can be provided by Mergent should submit clear and convincing data in writing, substantiating an ability to furnish this requirement. Contractors signed proposals must include price, terms and conditions, point of contact (name, telephone number, e-mail address and fax number). Government contact or BPA number (if applicable), performance period, business size, payment terms, taxpayer identification number (TIN) and Dun and Bradstreet number. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within 10 business days of the date of publication, by 12:00 noon EST, on the date specified, May 11, 2005 and must be technically acceptable to the government. No solicitation will be issued. Responses should be sent to: Internal Revenue Service, National Office Procurement, 6009 Oxon Hill Road, Room 500, Oxon Hill, Maryland 20745, Attn: Elva G. Hooper, O:S:A:P:I:C:B. Responses will not be accepted by facsimile or by telephone. The reference number for this announcement is M5M024SIMO1. If no compelling responses are received, ward will be made to Mergent, Inc.
