Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a sole source procurement to Street Law Inc. of Silver Spring, MD to provide administrative and logistical support for the completion of training in Washington, D.C. for DoDEA high school teachers and administrators on a Street Law course. This proposed sole source procurement is a continuation of DoDEA's ongoing initiative to support the even implementation of Street Law courses in its high schools and ensures consistency in the teaching approach and delivery of the Street Law course throughout all schools. DoDEA intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within the response timeframe after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
