This amended notice is issued to make a change in the SOW to the Evaluation Criteria in Attachment 11. The amended SOW can be found at http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFP NUMBER: 1435-04-05-RP-41124. The correct SOW will have the date "4/26/05" on the cover. Also, it has been determined to make this acquisition a Total Small Business Set-Aside; FAR Clause 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (June 2003) does apply and is hereby incorporated into this solicitation by reference. The NAICS Code is 541611; Size Standard is $6M. The proposal due date remains unchanged: Proposals still due May 12, 2005, see original solicitation notice for details. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-APR-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
