Description

Contractor shall provide 4 Channel ECG telemetry system designed for exercise/stress ECG. It must have a minimum capacity of 2 leads per channel (more is preferable), and be a telemetry system with a range of at least 100 ft from the monitoring station allowing the patients to walk in the nearby hall with only the telemetry box. The monitoring station must have the capacity for monitoring all 4 channels simutaneously or by altering a single window within the software. All strips must be printable. The ability to electronically store existing ECGs is a desirable option. The system must include software that allows the tracking of outcome variables such as METS, HR, BP, RPP and potentially weight and blood glucose (optional) ECG arrhythmia monitoring is optional as is automated measurement of ST depression/elevation. The contractor shall provide training for one Biomed technician. This training must be the same training that the contractor sends their own service technicians to. Training is also required tor all users of the system. Contractor shall provide all supplies, equipment, and labor required to install, program and launch the system with the exception that the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System will install all antenna cabling. Contractor shall supply the cabling. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial procurement in accordance with Far Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial items and in accordance with Far Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation.
