- This is a combined solicitation/synopsis to procure 1 EA Immersion Agitation Cleaning Tank for the for the Regional Maintenance Site. Shipping to be FOB Destination: Kansas Army National Guard, Ft. Riley, KS. Cleaning tank shall used with a caustic alkaline cleaner and will operate at 190F. Cleaning System must include the following minimum features and specifications, including tank dimensions. Tank Specs: All wetted parts must be 316 stainless steel and equipped with a 2 inch drain valve. 3/16 inch thick stainless steel tank walls with girth bands. 1,200 gallon liquid capacity. Tank walls shall be insulated with fiberglass thermal insulation and covered with a stainless steel insulation jacket (2B finish). Stainless steel cylinder guard. El ectric heat, 90kW 480/3/60, stainless steel sheathed heating elements with heater guardian, over the side design. Shall include a digital temperature controller to automatically control the solution temperature. Removable stainless steel roller platform. Automated powered lid, stainless steel. Automated liquid level control pneumatic in design and must include solenoid valve for water addition. Liquid turbulation system with filtration, stainless steel construction, seal-less vertical pump design; in cludes eductor manifold header system. 50 GPM pump or greater. Control circuit voltage is 120V/1PH/60Hz. 2,200 lb lift capacity agitating roller platform with corner guide rollers. Short and long immersion agitation strokes. Dipping space is 76x52x44- inch (LxWxD) in static soak mode. Agitation Properties: Platform must be removable roller platform sections to simplify tank cleanout. Roller platform length is 76 inches and width is 52 inches. 8 inch pneumatic agitation cylinder. Must be a stock sta ndard design with stocked spare parts. Offered product must provide a lifetime warranty. Compressed air consumption during short stroke agitation cycles is 60 to 80 CFM and 90 PSIG for 2,200 lb loads. Agitation stroke frequency: Stroke Sections Short L ong, Stroke lengths, inches 4-8 In & Out Agitation strokes per minute 30 to 60 4 to 10. System shall include Factory Support: 2 days on sight start up support training from a factory representative. Must also be process knowledgeable and able to conf irm cleaning process. Proposals must include product descriptive literature necessary to indicate complete compliance with minimum specifications stated above. Proposal not including such information shall be rejected. Required delivery time is 30 day s from date of receipt of order. If you are unable to meet this requirement, indicate number of days for delivery from date of order receipt. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Award shall be made base d on the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. A technically acceptable proposal is one which meets or exceeds all of the above listed specifications. Solicitation is prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information incl uded in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912JC-04-T-5707 is issued as a RFQ.
