Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 64 each 389 days after contract award with delive ry to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is sole source to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Cage: 8V613. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item describe above are encourage to identi fy themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation require ments. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
