Description: Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a delivery order to BAE Systems, Information and Electronic Warfare Systems, for the production of EM&D configuration Receiver Management Shop Replicable Assemblies (SRAs) (1A11) for the Integrated Defensive Electronic Counter Measures (IDECM) Radio Frequency Countermeasures Subsystem under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-03-G-0042. This effort is required to complete test assets to be used for development and operational testing. BAE Systems is the sole designer and developer of the AN/ALQ-214 and the ALE-55, and is also the only known source available to provide the required effort and expertise.
