- NAICS Code: 72111 EPA is soliciting quotes for the 2005 SPECIAL EMPHASIS PROGRAM MANAGERS & EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OFFICER BIANNUAL TRAINING CONFERENCE to be held Monday July 25, 2005 through Friday, July 29, 2005 in Miami, FL. Quotes should include a succinct proposal for filling all of the conference requirements detailed below, with pricing broken out for each element. Additionally, offerors should provide the following information: 1) The proximity of their facility to the airport, along with information and pricing on local transportation to and from the airport. 2) Prices for other potential AV capabilities/services. 3) Sample menus and pricing for light refreshments and lunches. 4) Other Information on hotel, services, local restaurants and amenities Conference Requirements are as follows: 1) Minimum of 200 sleeping rooms from Monday, July 25 through Thursday, July 28 2005, at the government per diem rate for Miami Beach of $119/night. 2) One large conference room that will accommodate a minimum of 200 conference participants 3) Eleven smaller conference breakout rooms which should accommodate 35 conference participants each 4) Area for conference registration, acceptance of delivery and storage of conference materials, services of a business center, and parking facilities. 5) Audiovisual Requirements (TBD) for the large conference room and breakout rooms 6) Morning and afternoon breaks for 200 people for both morning and afternoon brakes 7) Sit-down lunches for 200 people for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday July 26-28 2005. 8) The hotel must have a restaurant on the premises. Selection will be made on a best value basis. EPA will only accept quotes directly from hotels that are able to accommodate this event. Proposals will not be accepted from agents or brokers. The closing date for electronic submission of quotes in response to this RFQ is Monday, May 9, 2005 at 2:00 pm, DST.
