- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide all labor and equipment to provide Custodial Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs ? Elgin Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 450 Dundee Avenue, Suite 100, Elgin, Illinois. Anticipated period of performance is June 1, 2005 through May 31, 2006 with four (4), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government?s discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price. This solicitation is small business set-aside and offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The NAICS code is 561720, size standard $14.0 Million applies. Contract award is subject to availability of funds.
