Description

The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for the provision of all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the services to Replace Classroom Operable Wall Dividers located at the VA Medical Center, John Cochran Division, 915 N. Grand Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63106. All work shall be performed in accordance with specifications as provided in the solicitation and drawings which shall be requested in writing to Pat Czajkowski, (90AA/JB), VISN 15 Contracting Office, Eastern Orbit, #1 Jefferson Barracks Drive, St. Louis, MO 63125 or faxed to 314-894-6589. This requirement is a 100% set aside for small business participation. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Request for Quotation will be available on or about April 29, 2005. Due date for receipt of offers is May 26, 2005, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is June 13, 2005.
