- Services Non-Personal: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals as necessary to travel to Tinker AFB OK, to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Remedial Maintenance (RM) services and software updates on 72 MSG/LRDs Transactional International / Anchor Chain Conveyor systems and all components in accordance with the Statement of Work and manufacturers specifications. A service contract is contemplated. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small or small and disadvantaged business concerns. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. The period of performance is one (1) basic and four (4) option years with the basic year performance beginning 01 Aug 2005 through 30 April 2006.
