Description

ACA, Directorate of Contracting, Fort McCoy has a requirement for a firm-fixed price requirements contract to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to paint various structures and facilities located at Fort McCoy, W I on an as needed basis in accordance with the specifications, wage determinations, and other terms of the contract, for a base and 3 one-year option periods. The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Payment and performance bonds will be required after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238320 with a small business size standard of $12 million. This Invitation For Bid will be competed as a HUBZone set aside. It is inte nded that the IFB, W911SA-05-B-0002, will be available electronically at www.fedbizops.gov on or after 17 May 2005. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic request for hard copies of bid documents will be denied. Parties interested in the IFB should ac cess the web page to print the IFB, associated documents, and amendments; contractors will NOT be directly notified if amendments are posted. A plan holders list will be available upon request. Parties interested in inclusion on the plan holders list sho uld email the contract specialist at ginger.edgerton@us.army.mil providing the firm's complete name, mailing address, phone number, email address, business size. The bid opening date will be approximately 30 days after bid issuance (initial posting on web site) as indicated on the IFB. All bid forms, bid bonds, and other documents required for bid submittal shall be in paper medium. Electronic submission of bid documents will NOT be allowed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be consid ered.
