Description

The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, technicians, instruments, tools, replacement parts, materials and supplies required in performing all operations in connection with the preventative maintenance of fire protection systems located at the Defense Supply Center, 3990 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213. The contractor shall be responsible for the operation of all sprinkler systems covered by this contract twenty-four hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All requirements specified by NFPA 25 shall be followed. Period of performance is for one year starting August 1, 2005 with an option to extend services for an additional four years in one-year increments. Total contract period will not exceed five (5) years. Only qualified service contractors with a minimum of three years of experience are eligible to submit a bid of this project. Contractors must be licensed by the State of Ohio.
