Description
RA041980010000. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1615-00-225-5111, Parts Kit, Rotor Control. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand quantity of 214 each for the base year 233 days after First Article Test approval, FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Options Years 1-4, 160 each, 233 days after First Article Test approval, FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Contractor First Article, 1 each, 233 days ARO or best delivery available, FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. FAT evaluation, 45 days. Total Delivery 511 days ARO, Minimum quantities will be 40 each, Maximum quantities, 374 each. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 60 months. Configuration Control Applies. Critical Application Item. Flight Safety Aircraft Critical Safety Item. QAP 020. FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order: Stock Locations: Stockton, CA or New Cumberland, PA or Richmond, VA. ORIGIN Inspection is required. Other than full and open, only one source, intended source Absocoa Industries, Inc., Cage 2N335. Note 22 applies. Unrestricted, First Article Test Required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
