Description: This solicitation is for the Design and Construction of the Winn District Ranger's Office located on the Kisatchie National Forest in Louisiana, located approximately 8 miles west of Winnfield, Louisiana near Gums Springs Recreationa Area on Hwy 84. This will be a Two (2) Step design-build Request For Proposals, and the schedule of items will include options. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. This project will consist of the design and construction of a single story square foot building, approximately 5,409 sf and associated site work, including an entrance drive, parking lot and site utilities (water, sewer, electrical and telephone). The design will be developed from Government furnished preliminary conceptual drawings.
