Synopsis/Solicitation FA8751-05-Q-0478 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm fixed-priced order incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-02 and DFARS Change Notice DCN 20050323.
